TEAM RETREAT

FilmNation had facilitated its own company retreats for years, but turned to us to help them facilitate their annual retreat. We helped them incorporate a strong awareness of culture and relational dynamics to produce fruitful and memorable discussions and strategies.

Mission, Vision & Values

CAm asked us to help them understand the multiple cultures which influence their work, from the UK to the US to all the colleges at Cambridge, so they could craft a new set of Mission, Vision, and Values to drive success and teamwork on the board level and in the office.

Executive Coaching

We worked with a senior director of technology to help him navigate the different internal cultures in various divisions so a major initiative could get maximum buy-in from all key stakeholders.

Investor/Founder Compatibility

We helped an advisory firm dig deep into both business data and company culture to uncover if the goals of the company’s founder and key staff were in alignment with the investor so the best decision could be made.
